Did a little running while I was there.
Great course.

Ran the Get in Gear 10k on Saturday.
Could have been worse.
It snowed a couple of years ago!
So the bit of rain we had this year wasn't too bad.

Ran the Human Race.
After focusing on skiing all winter, I don't have any speed.
As shown by the 45 second slip from two years ago.
It was a fun race!
The Get in Gear is on the 24th of next month.

Went to The Police concert on Tuesday!
The concert completely rocked!
They played So Lonely during one of the four encores.
So, that was pretty much the highlight of my concert going career!
Did the Graniteman Triathlon on Sunday.
Whew, it was hot!
And I'll be making history like I do
You'll know it's all because of you
We can do whatever we want to… Plain White T's - Hey There Delilah.
