Ran the Get in Gear 10k on Saturday.
Could have been worse.
It snowed a couple of years ago!

Ran the Human Race.
After focusing on skiing all winter, I don't have any speed.

It was a fun race!
The Get in Gear is on the 24th of next month.

I signed up for my first Triathlon
You know what this means, right?
Well, I'll tell you.
Like I always do.
Training.
Lots of running.
Lots of biking.
Some more running.
I'll probably swim a time or two, as well.
(mostly so I don't end up at the bottom of the lake!)

I rise from my bed,
Collect my thoughts together
I have to hold my head… Sting - The Hounds of Winter.
