The problem is that the punishments in this country do not deter.
So, here's the plan:
Bring back "The Spanish Inquisition"
Nobody expects them.
Fear is one of their primary weapons.
Fear and suprise, are their primary weapons.
And an almost fanatical devotion to the Pope.
And their red uniforms.
Or, you know, we could just start burning people at the stake.
That would be a pretty good deterrent, I bet.
