*Please explain
this to me.
*Why are we funding
China?
*I mean, it's not like we're not spending enough domestically.
*Tilting at green
windmills.
*Folloing Spain's example doesn't seem like a
good idea.

*My
efforts have paid off
*I have received confirmation that I have Corral B spot at the
Chicago marathon.
*Now, it's just a simple matter of running.
*And by running, I mean lots of running.
*And by lots of running, I mean peaking at around 70 miles per week.
*Let me break that down for you.
*That's ten (10) miles a day.

*I'm not talking about the Swine flu, either.

Update: March 27th, 2009
*This isn't a new problem.
The budget should be balanced, the treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.
Cicero - 55 BC
*This is what happens when taxes go up.
*When government power rises unchecked.
You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it."
Dr. Adrian Rogers
*It's basic economics.

*Alex Baldwin
